This depends on how you care for your vehicle.

Wash your vehicle every 1–2 weeks with a pH-neutral soap and skip waxes or abrasive products. A touchless wash is best if you need one. Dry with a clean microfiber towel, wash out of direct sunlight when you can, and work from top to bottom. If you get bird droppings, tree sap, or road grime on it, clean it off as soon as possible. No worries! Over time, contaminants can build up and weaken the coating. A quick treatment with Iron X will dissolve those contaminants, and a simple spray-on, wipe-off SiO2 sealant will restore that amazing water-repellent effect!
