Tile and Grout Deep Cleaning

Service Description

Our Deep Clean and Stay Clean process will leave your tiles and grout clean longer! The 7 Step Process is: 1. Inspection - we'll do walk through to identify the type of tile, existing grout problems, and so on. Soiling conditions have to be identified in order to use the right chemistry to remove the problematic soiling so doing a test first is key. 2. Pre-Vacuum - removing dry soil from the tlie and grout to prevent the dry soil from turning into mud. 3.. Pre-Conditioning - by using the right pre-conditioner applied on all tile and grout lines in order to suspend the soil for extraction. 4. Agitation - the pre-conditioner is worked down to penetrate the pores of the grout. 5. Extraction - the suspended soil is extracted from the tiles and grout and leaving no residue that would re-attract soil. 6. Drying - remove any excess water build up on tile and grout will help ensure a beautiful cleaning job and not residue left behind. 7. Sealant - the pores of the grout are sealed against water and oil stains to prevent fast resoiling. Price is $1.25/sq ft. Minimum of $150 per job.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days in advance at no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made between 7 days to 24 hours of appointment will have a $100 fee. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours of appointment will have a 50% fee or $100 whichever is higher.
