In today's detail, client is a vet and wanted to have this car detailed inside and out. It is a company car and apparently during inquiry that this is being driven in farms!
Intention was to sell this so accommodate bigger equipment they need to haul.
It's a Ford Escape - considered as a small SUV. I was thinking this shouldn't be a problem!
This is when it gets interesting. During inspection, outside was "fairly" clean... white was relatively still white. Rock chips all over the front bumper. Scratches here and there. This car has 80k miles by the way. Looked at the wheel wells... its covered in mud! Opened the door... door jams were covered in mud! Mats and carpet were riddled with sand and grit! Long story short, I have my work cut out.
We did a thorough handwash, decontamination, interior detail and finally a winter prep - ceramic coated the car and glass coated all windows.
Turned out great!
Enjoy the photos!
