From Swirl Marks to Mirror Shine: BMW X5 Paint Correction + 5-Year Graphene Coating

One of our recent projects was a BMW X5 that came in with swirls, light scratches, and dulled gloss from years of wear—and likely plenty of brush car washes.

The Problem: Swirl Marks & Faded Finish

Brush washes and improper washing techniques leave behind micro-scratches known as swirl marks. Over time, they rob your paint of clarity and shine. That’s exactly what happened to this BMW X5. Under direct light, the imperfections were clear—and stealing the car’s potential.

The Solution: Single Stage Paint Correction

We performed a single stage paint correction to safely remove a majority of those swirls and bring back depth and gloss. This is a time-intensive process that gently polishes the paint to reveal a much cleaner, clearer finish. The before-and-after difference speaks for itself (check out the photo below 👇).

The Final Touch: 5-Year Graphene Coating

Once corrected, we locked in the shine with our professional-grade graphene ceramic coating, rated to last up to 5 years. Graphene coatings offer advanced UV protection, extreme slickness, and better heat resistance than traditional ceramics—making them one of the best options on the market.
